All orders are be placed online at the order page of BoOonBox.You are responsible for the online order, and the order will be processed, automatically.

BoOonBox has the right to decline processing of an order at any time for some reasons, but will inform you accordingly in such an instance. A purchase agreement is concluded when BoOonBox confirms your order per email.
4. Delivery/Return Policy

BoOonBox assumes no liability for delayed or failed delivery.
Once products are handled over for shipment, BoOonBox have met all its obligations according to your order, and the benefits and risk specific to the products is transferred to you.

In particular, no liability whatsoever is compelled upon BoOonBox in the event that products are not directly handed over to you by the delivery person but are left on the doorstep or with a neighbour or similarly deposited in the your absence.

You are obligated to inspect the products immediately upon arrival and to notify BoOonBox per email of any defects within three (3) days of receipt of the products. For further details please refer to our Delivery and Return Policy
5. Payment

The payment can be done with established credit cards, pre-payment, cash upon pick up or invoice. If necessary an automatic credit check will be performed.

Your personal data is respected accordingly. Any data you issue are only processed for transactional purposes related to your orders.

Credit card payment/Paypal: All established credit cards will be accepted. The goods will be charged immediately from your credit card. The credit card will be charged on a secure transaction platform. Your credit card datas will not be processed or saved by us.

Invoice: Bills will be sent automatically after order confirmation, preferablly per email or sent per mail together with the ordered products at your shipping address. Bills are payable within 10 days. In the event that payment is not paid within 10 days, BoOonBox may suspend the subsequent order. Costs arising from reminder procedures as well as default interest shall be charged to you.

Pre-Payment: You can pay the due amount via bank transfer or payment slip

Cash: Applicable only when when you opt to pick up orders by yourself in our address. Please bring exact amount to pay.
