Return Policy 

If you are in anyway not satisfied with your online purchase in BoOonBox, we would be happy to accept a return or exchange.

Steps

1. Please send BoOonBox an email before hand that you would like to return or exchange a certain product.
2. Pack the products in the original box to the address:

 Important Notice

• Please note that you have 10 days from the arrival of BoOonBox to your mailbox to send it back to us. Please calculate the shipment days together.
• We only accept unused and unopened products in their original packaging.
• For totally damaged products which could occur, although we  make sure that products are securely wrapped for shipment, BoOonBox will gladly send you a replacement.
• The purchased amount  exlcuding shipment fee will be reimbursed to you once returns arrive in BoOonBox
• Shipment fee for returns and exchange will be to your own credit (unless product is totally damaged)
