Sephora in Switzerland

When one ventures to a beauty business, awareness of the current fad and news about beauty is a must to go with the flow of the current. Though, never ordered or never been to a Sephora store in my whole life, this store is known to me. I had encountered it many times because of the researches and readings I made to put up BoOonBox.

As a short info, Sephora is a big beauty online store and a famous brick store in North America and had been expanding to other countries. It is indeed very famous to many beauty addicts because you can find many cosmetic brands exclusive to their store as well as cosmetic brands in the Korean skincare circle.

A few weeks ago, Sephora opened their door for the first time in Switzerland (news). This is made possible through a joint venture with one of the biggest supermarket in the country: Manor. Lucky people of Geneva to get the first glimpse of the opening day. The northern part of Switzerland has to wait for sometime, I guess.

Beauty bloggers were expressing their excitement that many famous brands would be introduced including the famous and most adored Tony Moly of Korea.

Tony Moly is  known for their cute, fruit,vegi and animal designs capturing the hearts of all  ages. I guess, Sephora is a little late since Tony Moly is already present in Switzerland through BoOonBox. :)

For others, the design is “kitchig”, a Swiss-German word for childish, but I guess it’s an individual preference. Life is serious enough, a childish packaging would make a daily skincare routine a lot fun!
