Normally, serums are applied after tyour double-cleanser and toner, but with this Green Tea Seed Serum from Innisfree, you are supposed to apply it right after the double cleanser. Which ever option you want to follow, is your choice. Squeeze a few drops at the back of your hand and spread it nicely over skin. Pat skin for better absorbtion.
Follow it up with with an eye cream , moisturizer and a night pack.
This can be applied in the morning or evening, but preferabbly in the evening per review advice by other customers, as this product contains essential oils with photosensitivity.
